Monitoring PIM Usage and Subscription Plan

The Usage Tracking page allows users and administrators with access to the administration menu to monitor Quable PIM usage and track key indicators related to the subscription and options subscribed. Access to usage tracking thus provides a clear view of the resources used in the PIM.

The Usage Tracking page addresses two main needs:

  • Optimize the use of tools included in your subscription,
  • Avoid exceeding "off-plan" usage for controlled budget management.

With this page, you can:

  • View the status of your current subscription,
  • Check the activated options,
  • Track the main usage indicators that may impact your billing,
  • Monitor the number of product sheets, classifications, media, etc., created and used in the PIM.

Access the Usage Tracking Page

Required Access Rights

You must have access rights to the administration menu to access this page.

  • Go to the administration menu.
  • In the System section, click on Usage Tracking.
  • The tracking page will appear.

Usage Section

The Usage section displays:

  • The type of active subscription,

  • The specific options included in your subscription.

A color code indicates the level of usage of the quotas defined in your contract:

  • 🟢 Green: usage below the subscribed quotas.
  • 🟡 Yellow: usage exactly reaching the subscribed quotas.
  • 🔴 Red: exceeding the subscribed quotas.

Current Usage Section

The Current Usage section displays specific metrics on your usage:

  • Number of product sheets,
  • Number of variants,
  • Number of classifications, etc.

This data is updated every night to provide you with accurate and up-to-date tracking.
