Translations

The Translations page is where you can manage your translation files.

The page is divided into three sections that allow you to:

Download your exported translation files
View your imported translation files
Import translation files

You can reorder the list in each section by clicking on a column header.

Export Translation Files

The Export Translation Files section displays a list of translation files that have been exported from an advanced search.

The list includes the following columns:

Column	Description
Target Language	The language the data is to be translated into.
Status	The status of the export.
Date of Demand	The date of the export.
File Address	Download button. Clicking the button immediately downloads the file to your computer.

Translation Import

The Translation Import section displays a list of the translation files that have been imported into your Quable PIM.

The list includes the following columns:

Column	Description
Target Language	The language the data was translated into.
Target Language	The status of the import.
Date of Demand	The date of the import.

Translation Import

The Translation Import section allows you to import a translation file into your Quable PIM.

To upload a file, click the Browse button to search your computer's file directory and select a file to import. Once the file has been selected, click the Send button.

The file is displayed in the Translation Import section and the translated attributes are automatically filled in the documents.
