Collaboration

The Collaboration area allows you to manage all aspects of the collaboration tools available in Quable PIM.

Menus are available for you to manage:

• Task Categories - Create and manage categories for the tasks that users can send to each other.

• Workflows - Set up workflows to structure the life cycle of your documents, from creation to archiving.

• Completeness - Configure indicators that allow you to follow the progression of your documents and know when they're completed and ready for distribution.

• Tags - Define conditions for the progression of your documents and easily view any missing content.
