AAssetsImages, videos, and documents stored in Quable PIM.
AttributesBasic elements of a document that allow viewing and/or enriching information (e.g., text, date, choice from a predefined list, etc.).
Attribute SetsTemplates that allow you to define and use a single document to customize the attributes available for different documents or variants.
CChannelA means of distribution. They allow you to define targeted recipients of your product information such as e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, product portals, print catalogs, points of sale, etc.
ClassificationA hierarchical system of categories and sub-categories to group all your product information.
CompletenessThe rules that define the progress levels of each document to easily visualize any missing content. When the level reached is 100%, the document is fully completed and publishable.
ConnectorA PIM input or output automation that allows the transfer of data from a data source to feed a target.
DDAMDigital Asset Management - A media library that facilitates the collection, classification, search, visualization, storage, and distribution of the various media associated with the product sheets: photos, videos, sounds, technical data sheets and other documents.
DashboardThe first page of the Quable PIM interface used for information management and business intelligence via custom graphical widgets.
Data ModelThe data model describes how your data is represented as :

  • Document type
  • Attribute sets
  • Variants
  • Assets
  • Links between documents
DialogA pop-in (or pop-up) window that opens automatically to:

  • communicate information and/or
  • prompt the user for information.
DocumentA form containing attributes to describe your product according to the defined Data Model.
EERPEnterprise Resource Planning - The master tool in a company that manages all the operational processes by integrating several functions:

  • order management,
  • inventory management,
  • price management and product creation
ExportThe process of extracting data from the PIM in the form of a file in order to feed an output flow to a target such as an e-commerce site or marketplace.
FFlowThe transfer of data from a data source to feed a target.

IImportThe manual or automated process that allows data (references, assets, templates, etc.) to be integrated into the PIM.
IndexingA process of registering an item in the PIM database so that it can be referenced against pre-existing data and can be found in a search.
LLanguageQuable PIM offers two language configurations for :

  • Data - The language of the product data (locales) and translations
  • Interface - The language used for the interface
LinksA link is a relationship that connects product records for up-selling and cross-selling or for linking document types or media.
List values

MMappingThe process of matching attributes to/from a data source and Quable PIM.
PPermissionsThe rights defined by an administrator for users to perform designated actions.
PIMProduct Information Management - A SaaS solution that enables the collection, centralization, prioritization, enrichment, validation, and publication of product information (descriptions, characteristics, SEO, translations, etc.) on your various distribution channels.
RRoleA means of grouping users with similar permissions, each group of users has access to the information intended for them according to rules that have been pre-defined by an administrator.
TTaskThe collaborative system of assigning tasks between users to ensure the continuous enrichment of product information.
