Cart

The cart allows you to store up to 100 (20 GB maximum) of your Quable Portal products and 100 (20 GB maximum) of your Quable Portal assets (jpg, png, gif, mp4, etc.) in a digital shopping cart. Once a product or asset is in your cart, you can access it and download it at any time without having to search for it or remember its location.

A badge is displayed on the cart icon in the navigation menu to indicate the number of items in your cart.

Adding to Cart

You can add items to your cart by clicking on the cart icon from several places within your Quable Portal:

• Classifications - When navigating through a classification hierarchy, the cart icon appears when you pass the cursor over a product or asset.

• Product Sheets - When viewing a product sheet, the cart icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the overview.

• Assets- When viewing an asset, the cart icon is displayed on the left side of the asset.

• Search Results - When viewing search results, the cart icon is displayed at the end of each line.

The cart icon changes from an outline to a solid color to indicate its selection.

Viewing Cart

You can click on the cart icon at the top of every page to access the Cart page. This page displays all of the items you've added to your cart.

Download PDF

(Products view only) You can click on the Download PDF button to receive an email with a link to download a PDF file of your selected products. Once the link is sent, the cart is automatically emptied.

Download Assets

You can click on the Download Assets button to receive an email with a links to download a compressed file with all of your cart assets. Once the link is sent, the cart is automatically emptied.

Counter

The counter displays your cart's total number of products / assets .

Empty Cart

You can remove all items from your cart by clicking the Empty my cart button. A message is displayed to confirm that your cart has been emptied.

View Options

By clicking on the view icons, you can view the results as:

• Mosaic (default): The cart and favorites icons appear when you pass the cursor over the asset.

• List: For each asset, icons are available to remove it from your cart or add/remove it from your favorites.

Display Count

You can choose to display 8, 20 (default), 40, or 100 assets at a time.

Products

Clicking on a product, opens the product sheet.

Assets

Clicking on an asset, opens the asset in a panorama.

The asset's Name is displayed at the top of the panorama window, as well as the dates of the asset's Creation and Update.

On the left of the panorama are the following action icons:

• Cart - Removes the displayed asset from your cart.
• Favorites - Adds/removes the displayed asset to your favorites.
• Download - Allows you to download the asset in its original format.
• Information - Displays the asset's attributes. The icon changes from Information to Image. To return to the asset view, click the Image icon.

You can navigate through all of the assets in your cart via the arrows on the left and right side of the panorama.

Pagination

The contents of your cart are paginated and indicate the number of pages available. You can easily navigate between pages by clicking on the direction arrows.

Removing from Cart

You can remove all items from your cart's Products or Assets page by clicking the Empty my cart button.

To remove an individual asset from your cart, pass the cursor over the asset and click on its cart icon. The asset is no longer displayed in the Cart page and the cart icon returns to an outline.
