Product Sheets

Product sheets include all of your Quable PIM information authorized by your Quable Portal administrator.

You can access product sheets from clicking on Products in the navigation menu, by navigating through your classifications, or via a quick search.

Each product sheet is composed of four sections:

Breadcrumbs at the top of the product sheet allow you to easily view and navigate the classification hierarchy.

Product Information

The first section of the product sheet is the main product information as well as the main asset.

Overview

Next to the main asset is an overview with the main attributes.

The overview includes:

Action Icons - To easily perform specific actions.

	Share	Sends a direct link to the product sheet via Gmail or Outlook. Note: If the recipient doesn't already have a user account, one will automatically be created for them. Your portal administrator must authorize the account before they can access the portal and view the product sheet.
	PDF	Creates a PDF of the product sheet.
	Cart	Adds the product sheet's assets to your cart.
	Favorites	Adds the product sheet to your favorites.

Overview Attributes - Specific attributes designed to be included in the overview.
Asset Slider - The product's assets from the first link (with assets) on the Assets tab in your Quable PIM are displayed in a scrollable carousel.

Product Details

Below the main asset and the overview, detailed product information from your Quable PIM is displayed.

This information includes:

Document Tabs - If your product sheet has multiple tabs, buttons are available to switch between them. Each tab has its own sections and attributes.
Tab Sections - When you click on a Document Tab, the sections for the selected tab are displayed.
Buttons are available to switch between tab sections. Each section has its own attributes.
Attributes - The text descriptions of your product sheet. When you click on a Tab Section, the attributes for the selected section are displayed.

Variants

The second section of a product sheet displays a table with information about the product's available variants.

Display Count

You can choose to display 8 (default), 20, 40, or 100 variants at a time.

If there is no variant information to display, the Variants table is not displayed.

Pagination

The table of variants is paginated and indicates the number of pages available. You can easily navigate between pages by clicking on the direction arrows.

Assets

The Assets section displays all of the available assets for the product sheet.

Selection Mode

When enabled, Selection mode allows you to click on the thumbnail images to select the desired assets to download. You can also select/deselect all assets at once via the button next to the selection option.

Once assets have been selected, a bar is displayed at the bottom of the page with the number of selected assets and a button to download the assets in High Definition format.

Link Options

You can view the assets for different links by selecting from the available dropdown list. The assets from the first link in your Quable PIM are displayed, by default.

Link priority is defined in your Quable PIM by the administrator.

Panorama

You can open a panorama of the assets in the selected link by clicking the Open as a panorama button. A window is opened to display the panorama.

The asset's Name is displayed at the top of the panorama window, as well as the dates of the asset's Creation and Update.

On the left of the panorama are the following action icons:

Cart - Adds the displayed asset to your cart.
Favorites - Adds the displayed asset to your favorites.
Download - Allows you to download the asset in its original format.
Information - Displays the asset's attributes. The icon changes from Information to Image. To return to the asset view, click the Image icon.

You can navigate through the assets via the arrows on the left and right side of the panorama.

View Options

Clicking on the view icons allows you to the assets as a:

Mosaic: The cart and favorites icons appear when you pass the cursor over the asset.

List: For each asset, icons are available to add it to your cart or your favorites.

Display Count

You can choose to display 8 (default), 20, 40, or 100 assets at a time.

The section is paginated and indicates the number of pages available. You can easily navigate between pages by clicking on the direction arrows.

Linked Content

All available linked content (configured in your Quable PIM) is displayed in this section.

Whether it's a complementary or substitute product (cross-sell), an accessory (upsell), a look to which the product belongs, or a material, the links configured in your Quable PIM are accessible via the Related Documents or Parent Documents tabs where you can select them from a dropdown list.

Display Count
